30 Day Blog Challenge- Day 23: Piercings and Tattoos

No real tattoos, but I have thought about getting one. The idea that it’s permanent scares me. I have a feeling I would get sick of looking at it. So if I were to ever get one, it would have to be somewhere, where it’s not visible. I also hear once you get one, you’ll want to continue getting more.

Oh wait! I actually have my eyebrows tattooed! Does that count?

It costs about $300 for two sessions. You look like a cartoon character for about a month and then again after the second session. At the 2nd session, you can color correct, if you want to go darker or lighter or fill in some spots that were missed.

It was worth it, because of my naturally sparsely eyebrows. I don’t wear make-up everyday. I didn’t know how important it was until I got the eyebrow tattoos. And how important it is to get the right eyebrows shape and color for your face. It’s recommend to get it tattooed yearly after it fades.

I have two piercings on the bottom of each earlobe. Just last year, in 2019, I re-pierced by bottom bottom earholes because they closed up after I had my earrings out for too long. Re-piercing hurt like a mother. Back in 2014, I got my the top of my earlobe piercing but I think it got infected or started to hurt so I took it out. I do miss that one.
