Personally, I love Dark Chocolate! This one is 72%. 80-90% Cocoa is pretty bitter. Dark Chocolate is high in antioxidants and helps curb cravings. It’s best not to eat it too late at night because it contains caffeine.

Endangered Species Chocolate is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. (I could consider a more local chocolatier.) Their chocolate is made in the USA. The cocoa is fair trade and sourced from West Africa. They have high quality standard. In order to receive some of the certifications they have, they require the standards to be up to code.

This company cares for the farmers who grow the cocoa and are dedicated to support the communities that practice sustainable practices.

I usually get my chocolate bar from Rite Aid or Lassen’s. They offer lots of different flavors too!
